I have changed the design of this blog, making it give less attention to travel--which remains my favorite activity in retirement--and more to my "personal perspectives," views hopefully informed from a long period of study, research, learning, teaching, and public service.
By the time you are 70 (which I nearly am) one's views and creations ought to be worth something. Hopefully to others, but at least to me.
